Return and Refund Policy

Once you have placed your order, we want you to be completely satisfied. Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Items that have been opened, installed, wired, modified, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

• Original shipping costs (both inbound and outbound) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature or specific restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products.

• Dundalk Leisurecraft products.

• Items clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page. These are non-returnable to ensure product integrity, user safety, and compliance with manufacturer standards.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers the costs of inspection, processing, and handling the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Any additional fees resulting from re-consignment, re-delivery, or return shipping due to customer error (such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or a missed delivery appointment) are the customer's responsibility.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning your product.
